Refund Policy: Due to the nature of handmade and one-of-a-kind items, I do not accept returns. All sales are considered final. Please contact me if there are any questions or concerns.

Durability & Cleaning: The felt is dense and sturdy. The wool resists soiling. Since it is made with a water, soap, and agitation method, if staining occurs, hand wash felt in room temperature water with a small amount of mild soap. Very gently submerge in the water without wringing. Rinse well. Blot to dry between dry towels. Let it finish drying flat or stuffed to maintain its shape. Hot water and agitation will cause shrinkage. Flat items can be pressed with a steam iron on a low temperature or steamed to block and pulled into shape. For 3-D objects, stuff the item before washing and restuff to dry to maintain shape. To release dust: a gentle shake is sufficient.
